History Quest
Exploring the Past, Preparing for the Future

History Quest is a full one day integrated history program for homeschooled children grades 3rd-9th with teachers who have a passion to teach.   All teachers have homeschooled their own children and have experience in teaching in a private, public or homeschool environment. Students will be academically challenged with hands-on activities and experiments in their classes.   The curriculum is from a Christian World View.  Our program and our classes are small to better encourage meeting each child's academic and learning needs.

The mission of History Quest is to provide a hands-on academic enrichment program of excellence; to lay a strong foundation from which students will grow and mature in to young men and women of character, to provide weekly opportunities to interact and develop friendships among peer groups  and to support and encourage families in their homeschooling efforts.

History, science and writing are the main focus of Monday with cultural arts and drama to round it out.  Work is assigned for three additional days to retain knowledge and prepare for the next week's activities.

History Quest offers a field trip/activity related to the subjects studied each semester. We also have a Family night each year to showcase projects and drama.

Parents should email the director, Cheryl Reeves if you are interested in joining us or if you have any questions.

History Quest registration is open, limited space available for the 2014-2015 school year!
